Case study: Bluewater Concierge Desk: The Brief

Lend Lease, owners of the prestigious Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, asked HRG to tender for the design and implementation of their new Concierge desk; a key focal point in-centre for both new and returning shoppers. This very high profile project, seen by over 27 millions shoppers each year, had to reinforce the proposition of Bluewater as the leading European destination for both retail and leisure experiences.

Our brief was to create a functional yet aspirational structure that the concierge team would be inspired to work at and shoppers would be drawn to during their visit. In addition passive supporting graphics were created to inform shoppers about the centre's services including their unique gift card, which are exclusively sold at the desk.
