    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Reports into the Head of Strategy & Planning whose team sits between Client Services and the Creative Department

    We perform a dual function; working with CS on strategy and planning projects directly for clients plus working internally with Studio teams to aid and develop conceptual creative planning and development.

    We are looking for a keen and ambitious Account Executive to join our busy team.

    The role will include the day to day processing and management of client requirements and ensuring that instructions are relayed to the relevant HRG departments via creative briefs and where relevant briefing meetings, along with monitoring progress to ensure that each stage of work is delivered on time.

    You will have already gained some experience within a similar role, ideally within a creative agency.

  • 3D Project Manager

    We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Production team, who has experience of working across POS and permanent Retail disciplines. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a structured approach to work, is highly organised and prides themselves on project ownership.

    Job Description:

    Key areas of responsibility will be the management and day-to-day running of multiple projects, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers, with specific responsibility for 3D projects mainly focusing on POS, Retail and Global Travel Retail.  This could vary from a high volume low budget unit, to a permanent shop-in-shop fixture, to a promotional space in an airport.

    Our Project Managers pro-actively work with Business Development and Account Management teams, and liaise with internal and external contacts to produce a technical specification for the job that is practical, achievable, that answers the brief and is commercially viable. We manage the full project lifecycle from approved creative through to final delivery and handover, and some off site work will be required as a result.

    Areas of knowledge and experience will include, but not be restricted to: mild steel fabrication, plastic fabrication /forming and assembly, injection moulding, timber processing and assembly techniques, along with experience of QC, fire regulations and logistics.

    The ideal candidate, will already have gained at least 2 years’ experience in a similar industry, and be able to demonstrate good communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and work within tight timeframes is also essential.

    We currently have a position open within our Northampton studio for a 3D Visualiser/Designer to work on our dynamic and growing Creative Services offering across our impressive range of blue chip clients for Retail environments, POP, POS, Experiential & Events, Shopper Marketing, Illustration & Packaging.

    You’ll be the 4th member of the 3D team, within a creative studio of 30 permanent staff and 8 freelancers.  We run a vibrant, lively and fast paced studio where passion, drive and enthusiasm make all the difference.  This role would suit candidates that thrive and enjoy creating in 3D, where conceptual ability is occasionally called upon.  Visualising pre-existing concepts started by others and taking ownership of realising other’s visions – this is the core of the role.

    We’re looking for the following attributes and criteria in a candidate:

    Ability to discern and disseminate written briefs and technical data, such as building floor plans and cutter guides

    Capable of communicating your own conceptual thinking in the form of sketches, scamps and quick 3D roughs when the opportunity arises.

    Immaculately organised with a willingness to embrace new ways of working

    Enthusiastic spirit, with excellent interpersonal skills.

    Proven modelling & rendering to a visually pleasing / fast standard

    Ready to take on a new challenge – will need to switch to C4D

    Proven ability in 3D Retail

    Ability to estimate the time your tasks are likely to take

    Confidence and competence with 2D Graphic Design aspects of 3D projects (essential)

    Interest / experience working with consumer brands (preferable)

    All round experience and confidence with Adobe Creative Suite (essential)

    MacOS experience within a role (preferable), C4D experience (preferable)
    Graphic Design qualification (preferable)
    Motion graphics or RealTime experience (would be a bonus)
    Experience with Network Rendering (would be a bonus)

    We are looking for a strong Senior Designer and Visual Crafter to work on shopper marketing campaigns, internal comms, and digital executions for one of our major accounts – one of the biggest convenience retailers in the world.

    You’ll know how to get under the skin of a brief and know how best to execute, not being afraid to explore your ideas as sketches or loose mac visuals before progression to visual perfection using Adobe tools, within a busy and flourishing creative studio of 30 permanent employees.

    You’ll also be strong with copy for headlines and key message.

    Message to consumer, typography, imagery and layout composition will be your key subject matters.

    You will already have a great portfolio of big brands, and be able to rationalise your creative solutions with confidence and passion.

    You may have already overseen less senior colleagues creatively, sharing your skills, ability and approach.

    Your work will ideally contain demonstrations of Sales Promo, Campaign, Internal comms, Packaging work, Events, Shopper Marketing, Print & Digital advertising and Digital Media Brand

    presentations.

    You’ll also be a dynamic verbal communicator who thinks on your feet – comfortable taking briefs in client facing meetings.
