  • Senior Account Manager

    We are looking for a creative, forward thinking Senior Account Manager or experienced Account Manager to work across some of HRG’s key accounts.

    As a Senior Account Manager for HRG, no two days are ever the same. Whether you’re in conversations with clients, planning projects, coordinating campaigns or liaising with suppliers, you’re bound to enjoy working in our fast-paced environment with some of the world’s biggest brands.  Experience of working with FMCG brands would be a distinct advantage.

    Your key responsibilities will include; managing client relationships, responding to client briefs, artwork proofing and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

    You will love what you do and be happy and confident communicating with everyone from the most senior clients to our internal creative team. You will be responsible for a high volume of day to day processing across a variety of projects and must be happy to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level in delivering projects across the full sales and marketing mix within a retail marketing agency.

    Key attributes must include strong attention to detail, a can do attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion to deliver service at the highest level.

  • Development Designer

    We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Designer to join our growing Production team based at Northampton.

    Your role will be a key part of the production team as it will be your responsibility to develop concepts into engineered production drawings which will be key in presenting new ideas both internally and externally.

    Working closely with our Project Managers and Sales Team you will ideally use Solid Works to produce accurate and appropriate designs for internal and external client approval.

    With an eye for detail you will offer advice on value engineering designs to ensure our clients receive the best possible value whilst maintaining quality at all times.

    With at least 2 years experience as a Development Designer ideally in an agency environment, you will have worked with a variety of materials and be able to develop concepts accordingly in terms of materials, cost and lead-times.

    You will also be an organised and structured person able to maintain a rigorous and transparent document control process whilst working to tight deadlines on multiple projects.

    You may be responsible for undertaking site surveys to feed into design and development ideas.

    If you already have few years experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail design or agency background and are familiar with the use of CAD and/or Solid Works we would love to hear from you.

    We are looking for a keen and ambitious Account Executive to join our busy team.

    The role will include the day to day processing and management of client requirements and ensuring that instructions are relayed to the relevant HRG departments via creative briefs and where relevant briefing meetings, along with monitoring progress to ensure that each stage of work is delivered on time.

    You will have already gained some experience within a similar role, ideally within a creative agency.

    Have experience of working on FMCG Brands

    Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written

    Be organised, self-driven and possess good administration skills

    Be able to multitask, working well under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy at all times.

  • 3D Project Manager

    We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Production team, who has experience of working across POS and permanent Retail disciplines. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a structured approach to work, is highly organised and prides themselves on project ownership.

    Job Description:

    Key areas of responsibility will be the management and day-to-day running of multiple projects, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers, with specific responsibility for 3D projects mainly focusing on POS, Retail and Global Travel Retail.  This could vary from a high volume low budget unit, to a permanent shop-in-shop fixture, to a promotional space in an airport.

    Our Project Managers pro-actively work with Business Development and Account Management teams, and liaise with internal and external contacts to produce a technical specification for the job that is practical, achievable, that answers the brief and is commercially viable. We manage the full project lifecycle from approved creative through to final delivery and handover, and some off site work will be required as a result.

    Areas of knowledge and experience will include, but not be restricted to: mild steel fabrication, plastic fabrication /forming and assembly, injection moulding, timber processing and assembly techniques, along with experience of QC, fire regulations and logistics.

    The ideal candidate, will already have gained at least 2 years’ experience in a similar industry, and be able to demonstrate good communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and work within tight timeframes is also essential.
