• Senior Designer (Account Specific)

    We are looking for a strong Senior Designer and Visual Crafter to work on shopper marketing campaigns, internal comms, and digital executions for one of our major accounts – one of the biggest convenience retailers in the world.

    You’ll know how to get under the skin of a brief and know how best to execute, not being afraid to explore your ideas as sketches or loose mac visuals before progression to visual perfection using Adobe tools, within a busy and flourishing creative studio of 30 permanent employees.

    You’ll also be strong with copy for headlines and key message.

    Message to consumer, typography, imagery and layout composition will be your key subject matters.

    You will already have a great portfolio of big brands, and be able to rationalise your creative solutions with confidence and passion.

    You may have already overseen less senior colleagues creatively, sharing your skills, ability and approach.

    Your work will ideally contain demonstrations of Sales Promo, Campaign, Internal comms, Packaging work, Events, Shopper Marketing, Print & Digital advertising and Digital Media Brand


    You’ll also be a dynamic verbal communicator who thinks on your feet – comfortable taking briefs in client facing meetings.

    Criteria of Experience:

    +5 years agency experience with consumer brands
    Campaign branding, Internal Comms
    Shopper marketing
    Self-starting conceptual thinking
    Strong on top line copy / key message
    Tight visualisation with AdobeCS
    Sketching & Loose visual ability
    Client facing experience
    Proven ability to get under the skin of a brief
    Overseeing of less senior staff
    Sign-off responsibility
