    We currently have a position open within our Northampton studio for a 3D Visualiser/Designer to work on our dynamic and growing Creative Services offering across our impressive range of blue chip clients for Retail environments, POP, POS, Experiential & Events, Shopper Marketing, Illustration & Packaging.

    You’ll be the 4th member of the 3D team, within a creative studio of 30 permanent staff and 8 freelancers.  We run a vibrant, lively and fast paced studio where passion, drive and enthusiasm make all the difference.  This role would suit candidates that thrive and enjoy creating in 3D, where conceptual ability is occasionally called upon.  Visualising pre-existing concepts started by others and taking ownership of realising other’s visions – this is the core of the role.

    We’re looking for the following attributes and criteria in a candidate:

    Ability to discern and disseminate written briefs and technical data, such as building floor plans and cutter guides

    Capable of communicating your own conceptual thinking in the form of sketches, scamps and quick 3D roughs when the opportunity arises.

    Immaculately organised with a willingness to embrace new ways of working

    Enthusiastic spirit, with excellent interpersonal skills.

    Proven modelling & rendering to a visually pleasing / fast standard

    Ready to take on a new challenge – will need to switch to C4D

    Proven ability in 3D Retail

    Ability to estimate the time your tasks are likely to take

    Confidence and competence with 2D Graphic Design aspects of 3D projects (essential)

    Interest / experience working with consumer brands (preferable)

    All round experience and confidence with Adobe Creative Suite (essential)

    MacOS experience within a role (preferable), C4D experience (preferable)
    Graphic Design qualification (preferable)
    Motion graphics or RealTime experience (would be a bonus)
    Experience with Network Rendering (would be a bonus)
