We are currently seeking an experienced agency Projects Director to work within our Production department, as we embark on an exciting period of growth. The existing team is small but perfectly formed, covering projects from flat print through to permanent retail interiors; and this role working alongside our existing Projects Director will support the Operations Director in the day-to-day running of the department and future strategy.
Ideally you will have multiple years of production and project management experience within an agency environment, so you understand the demands of clients, colleagues and suppliers alike when executing award winning projects. As an expert in your field, coming from a retail or complex POS background, your project management skills will be what sets you apart and retains our ability to always deliver on time and on budget. You will be commercially minded, able to confidently and professionally represent the department and have proven managerial skills. The role is responsible for five existing direct reports, and we are looking for someone to lead by example; setting the standard for excellence across specification, procurement, project management and quality control.
You may be an existing Projects Director, or an experienced Senior Project Manager seeking progression; but you must be located within an hour’s commute of Northampton and Leicester, as a physical office and supplier presence is essential.
