The Primary role responsibilities of a Senior 3D Designer/Creative Lead here at HRG is; to provide design and conceptual solutions for consumer brand activation, primarily but not limited to Retail.  Estimation of project & activity timings. Managing expectations of stake holders through:  Verbal Guidance • Regular Check-ins • Scoping and communicating your approach before doing • Post-rationale write ups to help evolve next stages. To engage with planned workload from Resources Managers to deliver appropriate and successful design responses that meet the needs of the client’s brief, as translated and influenced by the stakeholders.  Successful = on time, on budget, and internally approved, with satisfied stakeholders.


What we are looking for: 

  • Skilled and reputed in conceptualising, designing and visualising brand executions and consumer-centric brand expereinces in retail spaces
  • Displaying original thinking and passion for high profile brands, across both graphic comms and real world consumer-engaging environments
  • Producing concepts digitally, using 3D software (Preferably C4D), or other hybrid visualisation methods such as hand drawn / Wacom colour-up
  • Excellent at getting under the skin of a client brief
  • Thriving on a full workload, and open to new challenges
  • Excelling at managing expectations across multiple stake holders
  • Happy working solo, but also as part of a team
  • Happy to be guided, as well as guiding others
  • Keeping in touch with industry trends, new materials & technical developments
  • Confident to tackle 2D messaging & graphic solutions
  • Demonstrating thorough Mac & Adobe CS experience
  • Showing circa 7 years of related agency experience
  • Confident, articulate and sociable, with a good sense of humour
  • A great listener / note taker / communicator
