Senior Digital Project Manager (12 month FTC)

A bit about the role

We’re looking for a digital first Senior Project Manager to help deliver an exciting global digital campaign that integrates social media, digital display, influencers, digital events, web content, gaming, messaging platforms and real-life competitions and events.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and forward-thinking individual looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, independent agency that is part of a global network.

Working closely in a cross functional, global agency team and in collaboration with the client’s media partner, you will be pivotal in delivering innovative and high impact digital content and campaigns.

With a strategic approach and strong social media skills, you’ll be building close relationships with senior clients to deliver responses at the highest level whilst also ensuring the smooth delivery of a high volume of work. Your positive attitude, knowledge and expertise will enable you to quickly become a respected member of the team, able to mentor and support others. The role requires someone who is highly organised, great with people and able to work with the ambiguity that comes when you need to deliver fresh thinking.

This role would be best suited to a talented individual that can demonstrate:

  • Personable, energetic and with a proven track record as an effective Senior Account Manager in a digital or social media agency (3+ years)
  • A great knowledge of digital and social channels, especially content creation for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch and LinkedIn
  • A keen interest in digital trends including gaming and a good knowledge of influencer marketing
  • Passion and confidence in producing insight-led creative briefs and delivering integrated campaigns
  • Confident in devising and managing content schedules across web and social media
  • Experienced in working with senior stakeholders, being the main client contact and juggling a series of different social media needs
  • Able to develop and measure the success of social media strategies, content and engagement
  • High competence in producing written proposals, negotiating deliverables and managing budgets and forecasts
  • Proactive in delivering work, communicating across teams and building relationships across countries and cultures
  • Experience working with STEM students, on sustainability initiatives and engaging Gen Z would be a plus.
