Yale needed to maintain their position in the rapidly growing Smart Home sector in the face of increasing global competition from well-known technology brands.
To support Yale in future-proofing communications across all brand and shopper touchpoints, HRG developed a new tone of voice. One that was more personable and simplistic, less overtly technical, along with ‘simple truths’ for each product category.
We developed new packaging formats across the range. All distinct but remaining under the seamless connectivity of the Yale Smart Living umbrella. HRG designed inspiring POS to suit different retail environments to educate shoppers and improve navigation at fixture.
